1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PI Expert Network's services, including submitting a case request form, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Free Service for Attorneys
PI Expert Network provides expert witness matching services at no cost to attorneys. There are no subscription fees, submission fees, or hidden charges for attorneys who use this service. You are under no obligation to retain any expert presented to you.
3. No Direct Engagement Outside Our Process
Expert introductions are made exclusively through PI Expert Network. If you are introduced to an expert through our network, all subsequent engagements with that expert for matters sourced through PI Expert Network must be coordinated through us. Direct engagement with any expert sourced through our network — outside of this formal introduction process — is not permitted. This applies to current and future matters where the initial connection was made through PI Expert Network.
4. No Guarantee of Results
PI Expert Network makes no guarantee that any expert presented will be available, qualified for your specific jurisdiction or case requirements, or willing to accept your engagement. We endeavor to match you with qualified, vetted experts, but the ultimate decision to retain an expert remains yours, and we are not responsible for the outcome of any case or engagement.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all case information submitted through our platform as confidential. We will not share your case details with any party other than prospective expert witnesses being considered for your matter, and only to the extent necessary to evaluate suitability. By submitting a case, you represent that you have the authority to share the information provided.
6. Modifications to Terms
PI Expert Network reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted to this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
